Cosmic Brownies were one of my favorite snacks as a child, but this recipe tastes even better than the Little Debbie treats. This recipe makes a lot of brownies, so I always like to make these when I am planning to share with other people.

What You’ll Need:
• Pyrex Easy Grab 3-Quart Glass Baking Dish
Ingredients:
Brownie Batter
• 15 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• 3 eggs
• 3 egg yolks
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 ¼ cups brown sugar
• ¾ cup cocoa powder
• 1 ½ cup flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 Tbsp honey
Chocolate Ganache:
• ½ cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup rainbow coated chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, add butter, eggs, egg yolks, vanilla, and stir.
2. Add brown sugar, cocoa powder, and flour to the mixing bowl and stir.
3. Add salt and honey to the mixing bowl and stir.
4. Pour into the baking dish and spread evenly. Smooth top with a spatula.
5. Bake at 350˚F for 25 – 30 min.
6. Add heavy whipping cream to a medium mixing bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute.
7. Add chocolate chips to hot cream and let sit for 1 minute. Then stir until ganache forms.
8. Pour ganache over brownies and top with rainbow coasted chocolate chips.
9. Store in fridge for 2 hours before eating.
10. Continue to store in fridge until all the brownies have been eaten – enjoy!
